I order on dec 27th after no answered emails after several days.And me putting a dispute in with PayPal they finally respond and said they were off from the holidays and it would only take them 5 days to complete.

Lol after 9 days and me emailing them several times they finally email me and say it's done so I ask them for a tracking number. And 4 days later no product and no tracking number. I'm going to wait 2 more days then just reopen the dispute with PayPal and my bank.

This has to be the worst company ever.I'm not going to lose almost 300 bucks

I didn't like: I did not receive my wig, That i did not receive my wig.

I ordered a synthetic ponytail and never received it nor did they send me my order Id so i can track my package.Apparently they dont want you to contact them.

I sent in a complaint via paypal.

I bought same human hair wigs three times from their website last year.The customer service is good.

As I need to buy 180% density wig, they can change the price for me after my requests. The wig is custom-made, I wait almost three weeks to let it produced, the tailoring period for me is acceptable.

Most importantly, the wig I received is beautiful.I trust their company.
